All shipping is at the customers risk and once dispatched we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or items damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post and advise them that your order has not arrived quoting your tracking number. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not legally obligated to provide refunds for a change of mind so we do ask that you complete your purchases with confidence. We do happily refund, exchange or credit where goods are damaged, not as described or faulty.

If you would like to lodge a return please email us first at within 3 days of receipt of your order with your order reference number and reason for return.

Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer and the package must have a tracking number. 

All reduced and sale items will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.
